Indian Spiced Sea Bream

Delicious sea bream coated with Indian Spices. Goes well with our Chana Masala!

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bream fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lime

Instructions

  • Mix all of the spices together with the salt and pepper in a bowl
  • Coat both sides of the fish with the spice rub, using a pastry brush to coat it evenly
  • Heat oil in a frying pan/griddle pan over a medium heat
  • Cook the fish for 2 minutes each side
  • Transfer the fish to a pre-heated grill and grill for 2 minutes, skin side up, on a medium heat, until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through
  • Serve with a green salad, wedge of lime and our Chana Masala on the side!
