Mix all of the spices together with the salt and pepper in a bowl
Coat both sides of the fish with the spice rub, using a pastry brush to coat it evenly
Heat oil in a frying pan/griddle pan over a medium heat
Cook the fish for 2 minutes each side
Transfer the fish to a pre-heated grill and grill for 2 minutes, skin side up, on a medium heat, until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through
Serve with a green salad, wedge of lime and our Chana Masala on the side!
