A delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan sauce to accompany any number of dishes

Ingredients

  • 30g Parsley
  • 1 small garlic clove peeled and sliced
  • zest of ½ lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until combined
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
